Communal and common areas have always been the first point of visitors’ contact with the building and their state of cleanliness is always our priority.
Not only do we keep these areas sparklingly clean, we can assist with monitoring security and maintenance and reporting any issues back to the building managers. We even test fire alarms, Clean Team NW act as the ‘ears and eyes’ of our customers on site.
We complete a signed check sheet for each visit, detailing what work was carried out, what checks were made and a condition report for maintenance forwarded to the client within 24 hours of each visit.
